Hello Alfred helps clients with their everyday to-do’s utilizing human-centered technology.
Reflecting a timeless, familiar, sophisticated yet relatable personality the brand aimed to deliver (much like Batman’s butler), the logotype was designed from a customized Times New Roman.
The “Hello” and speech bubble reflect Alfred speaking directly to their clients. This allowed Alfred to converse with clients in other ways as they interfaced with the service.
The rest of the brand collateral followed suite. The company ethos and mission “Come home happy,” was elevated throughout the experience.
A customed “A” was designed as the brand’s icon. A corresponding seal with tagline is used across collateral, as if messages or notes crossed the desk of Alfred to each client.
Collateral was designed for Alfred’s to leave hand written notes, on laundry or gift tags. Entire apartment buildings offered Alfred as a complimentary service, so door-hangers were designed to introduce Alfred to new tenants.
